What are you drinking right now?

After the previous 2 kegs of my Darker Brown Ale were flat but saved I decided to open the other 1 gal keg to reprime that a couple of days ago. Found that it is perfectly carbed with a great head (still so today). Probably got a bit too exited trying to take snaps as none were fully within frame, plus I was cooking an Aberdeen Angus Sirloin steak and I aren't the hottest at multi-tasking. Anyway all turned out well and I had a good night following up with a couple of different whiskeys. Just finishing off a late one with a glass of aldi special edition Irish cream liquour that has lasted in the fridge from christmas.

This was an early pour on my Bunyip yesterday.
Head sucked but I'm sure that glass was a little dirty.

My All Day Laundry Cream Ale. Not bad, but the Liberty hops are coming on strong and lemony. Will definitely dial them back if I brew it again.
Hmmm, this gives me an idea for my Rapier Wit (Blue Moon) knockoff. Must read up on Liberty Hops. Oh yeah, btw, VERY nice lookin brew.

My Summer Saison. Both my wife and I like the flavor. However, I can really sense the residual sweetness, as this brew did not “dry out” nearly enough, finishing at 1.014. I want to brew this again, maybe mashing a little lower, and using relatively fresh slurry to hopefully achieve a drier finish. Still, this is a good first attempt at the style.
