What are you drinking right now?

interesting ive tried mash hopping once and wasnt excited about it but i continue to FWH.
 
Founders Azaca IPA. Picked up a 15 pack today in Reno. Maybe drink my 4th with my 4th shot of whiskey and call it a night. Celebrating my 70th B'day, so don't expect much flack from the wife :)
 
I tried mash hopping a few times and found it top be a total waste of hops. More power to anyone who's had better results.

Yeah, Happy Birthday Bob! Some Founders and a few pours sounds like a fine way to celebrate 70. Cheers man!

I'm looking down the barrel of 60 and my doc encourages my rather moderate alcohol consumption. IMH, you need a different doc... :p

I just tell him I'll stop all the alcohol consumption when he stops all my pain. I think he's getting the message. They usually do when you put the onus on them ;)

How'd that enigma hop beer go JMCnamara? I've finally got hold off 100g I'm looking at tasting the descriptors are pretty broad on this one.

Haven't used that one, it was eureka I had in another batch. It turned out pretty good, it had a heavy tropical taste for me, not quite juicy but a little dank

yep thats pretty much what i got from Eureka i was using it in mango saison and it went well with the mango fruity them in that beer. im looking forward to enigma see what the fuss is about:)
 
Thirdish pint of a black English IPA. A little bit roastier than I remember it being, but damn if it doesn't go down easy
 
yup the first taste is always the true flavor, after that the senses dull, drinking my Hoppy Pale ale
