Saison
I’m not a big believer in brewing beers for particular times of the year. A good beer holds up anytime if you ask me. But a Saison is undeniably a great style for the summer months.

I'm drinking a combination of stout and brown ale, the stout is slightly harsh and the brown is a bit sweet, perfect mix

Got to Oak Island North Carolina for the rest of the week. Got a 4 pack of Alt. This is tasty. Not had one before. This one tastes like a bitter Marzen? I like it! Split first one with Kim. Not at bitter and “mineraly” as I expected though. Something to the water!
