Thanks yeah it goes down pretty good it's got a good ginger bite to it too.
I've been honing this recipe for a fair while now actually ginger beer is what got ms into brewing years ago.
This recipie is far from the original.
I'm settled on a grist and ginger amounts and I love what the lemon Myrtle does on the side I think this beer is sorted now.
My last grist with a heavy does of Munich provides that malt sweetness to offset the gingery bite.
And belgian saison 1 provides some earthy character that I love in this beer and leaves some malt flavour too.

First pull of honey lime ale after the lime was added this is really good! Hit most of my goals with the flavor on this one. Should only get better with time. Still need a fitting name for this brew
