After keg hopping this ordinary bitter it's turned into a pale ale

One out of my comfort zone, but a big score. @Craigerrr

According to the can, the Hops are Citra and Nectaron (?!). I find some NEIPA’s to be a bit chalky, with an unpleasant mouthfeel. This one was super drinkable and let the hops shine. Very enjoyable. (Don’t judge me for the inappropriate glass choice. I didn’t feel like grabbing another.)

I still need to keg hop. Bought one of those tubes for it. Worry I won’t empty the keg quick enough.

Next bitter I brew I’m going to try it. I would with this one but I boiled an extra 10-15 to hit volume and according to the calculator I added 7 ibu

possibly a modern British IPA…
