What are you drinking right now?

I'm back at the local burger and beer joint. Their selection is varied and constantly rotating. This time I had a dry hopped kolsch, blonde ale, and session IPA. Best one was the IPA (can is pictured). Burger was spinach & artichoke dip, pepper jack cheese, and onion straws :D demolished it too quickly for a pic. And I joined the beer club. Drinking 100 different beers (max 4 per day) gets you a customized bowling shirt. It's nice to have goals to work towards :D

Dry hoped Kolsch sounds interesting and quite refreshing

A customized bowling shirt has to be the greatest reward of all time. Get cracking!
 
Having an 80 shilling while I roast coffee outside. Sophie has a magnifying glass looking for cool bugs and mixing in some playground time.

I was correct next pour was all foam. So I cleaned the keg and sanitized it. Transferred the German lager. So I had almost a pint of it. This is the bottom. The rest was SO clear I was surprised. Pressure fermented in the 60s per instructions form @Trialben this tasted VERY clean. Basically like bread with a nice Hallertau bite. Post this just for the color and the head from spunding
