Unfortunately, I'm impatient about letting the beer age enough. But this one is getting better after every bottle. I see a re-do in the near future. I have an empty fermenter, as well as another that needs to be emptied. That will be some kinda shameful event to have both fermenters idle.
Oh lordy, hops out the wazoo. And 11% ABV. Off the scale tasty. Citrus on the nose, lots of bitterness and some stone fruit taste with a generous alcohol warmth. Wow!
Very nice, and not easy to come by either.

I tried beering while brewing... once. The drinking slowed me down and extended brew day by a lot.
It was quite tasty.

Here be the Gesture. My take on Harry brew 69's Vacant gesture. Quite a bit like Stone n Wood for those in Aus who have indulged.
Plenty of hop flavour and aroma quite a guzzler of a beer! @AHarper you won't regret hopping at the rates I did high krausen and then then other side of it.

My favorite beer's little brother: Ray Ray's Front Porch SIPA by Center of the Universe Brewing. More tropical fruits/flavors in this one compared to Pocahoptas
