That looks good! Care to Share what you used? I’ve eyed brewing one
Cheers Josh! It's not my recipe I got it of David Heath hes got a popular YouTube brewing vlog.
@thunderwagn has brewed it verbatim.
I forgot the melanoidin this run thought I had some (I don't trust my inebriated memory neither the inventory lol)

Heres the recipie

Its scaled down to 4% atm I wanna brew it again at this strength and with 34/70. I think the 34/70 will bring out the malt more plus I'm going to up the chloride a bit or add some table salt....
If you copy it scale it up to 6% that's about where David had it.
Thunderwagon should have the original
Or search david heath vienna lager in youtube and get it from him he lists all the malts breaks down the style gives you some different options on the recipe.
If you do brew it let me know;)

A pint of the west coast IPA I kegged Tuesday and a double shot of Evan. Forgot to dry hop it, but it's still pretty decent. Sucks to get old :) No nap today. Got a whole brisket pastrami smoking, so need to keep watch. View attachment 12757
No Nap! Good God man!
Forgot to dry hop!

Seen something about international stout day. I usually don’t pay attention to that sort of stuff but it involved beer haha. View attachment 12764
Haven't had that for a while, usually see it at the duty free in Fort Erie, but haven't had the opportunity to venture to the US for obvious reasons.

First taste of American amber ale. I think this might be a hit right off the bat (no f’ing around with the recipe like I seem to do with all my others). Pic shows color darker than it actually is. Indoor lighting not so good.

Starting my call rotation for the next week so going NA and this beer from Athletic is actually pretty damn good. It's hands down the best NA beer I've ever had and actually very pleasing. I now want to pick up their other offerings. Call just got a little easier!

@Semper Sitientem that looks like a great beer!

Last night I was outside by a fire, actually at a friends house for only the second time since March! I took us each a London Porter, Bass inspired ale, and Dunkel. He pulls out a bottle of Jolly Pumpkin Bam Bier. Only like the second or third sour I’ve had. I loved it!

There are a few of those zero's that aren't really all that bad.

A pint of my West Coast IPA and the usual double shot. almost done. This beer cleared nicely and ain't half bad considering I forgot the dry hops.

Also. just had my first sample of Bell's Two Hearted Ale. After brewing several clone recipes, I never understood how it could be so highly rated. Now I do !!!
