Drinking a PBR. Went to pull a pint of my pale ale and got foam. Nothing on tap now. Luckily, I got a case of PBR this afternoon. Kegged and IPA earlier and have it on 30 psi of CO2, so will have HB in a couple of days.
I had some of that 40th Anniversary Beer earlier this year, and I thought it was consistent with Sierra Nevada Brewing. I like their beers.
They’re not my preferred style of beers, but I’ve had a few over the years. Their brewery is walking distance from the shop where I work, and I see their delivery trucks here and there about town. A wide array of their brews are readily available here - my wife has been a fan.

My whatever it is beer. I used morebeer's Cali yeast on this one and I don't know if I'll use it again. I still pick up some yeastiness in flavor, aroma. And still hasn't cleared up very well either.

I have a coffee porter that I bottled in July, but I am leaving it until mid to late December to mature. I just put Bloody Finger in the basement fridge to cold crash. Christmas Ale is fermenting for close to a week now. Brewing a high bitterness IPA Friday.
I think I would have warmed up with Hop Bullet, then drank the Torpedo. Or 2.

A pint of the west coast IPA I kegged Tuesday and a double shot of Evan. Forgot to dry hop it, but it's still pretty decent. Sucks to get old No nap today. Got a whole brisket pastrami smoking, so need to keep watch.

Seen something about international stout day. I usually don’t pay attention to that sort of stuff but it involved beer haha.
