Somehow I managed to become a Tribe fan by convincing myself that rooting for either the Phillies or Pirates just wasn’t difficult enough.

I live where New Belgium is based and where it all started. I remember back in the day the only way to get their beer was on tap a few local bars, or walking into their brewery and getting a growler fill. I've still got some of the original bombers they started bottling in. They're huge now.
I think the last time I was in the brewery was probably close to 20 years ago. Ran some new steam lines.

Did a little looking, and found this article, so no New Belgium Brewing in Toro to, but a deal is in place to brew here.

All out of homebrew. Just kicked the last keg before nap time. Glad my Green Flash is about ready to keg. Until then it's PBR. Thinking a double brew day is coming up this weekend. Rye Pale Ale and a Hop Hunter like IPA are what's next up.

Missus went to local Yandina Ginger factory to gets some tidbits today I asked for some ginger beer. Here it did.

ON reading the lable it's spirit infused ginger juice ah well not a true fermented beer hey!
Don't know how they can call that beer when well it's ginger cane sugar preservative ect ECT.
Well didn't take me long to neck it shoulda poped some rum in it.
Drinking hoppy blond now.

Rushed my Green Flash IIPA into a keg a couple of days early because I needed some home brew. Got it in a keg with 30 psi on it, fined and using a top draw in the keg. Should be drinking clear and carbed beer by Friday. The sample after kegging was so good that I just pulled a flat pint. Got my fix now, so it's back to PBR for a couple more days.

Jack of all trades atm I've had a month off to get settled in with bub but come Monday I'll be working like a slave again.
I suppose doubled up with home duties lucky ive got plenty in the pipeline.

Here's a fancy snifter glass I picked up today loving it already not sure how long it will last though. Just gotta treat it like a hydrometer ...
