Cold crashing my kolsch and Citra pale ale. Should be ready for testing on Monday

Picked up some C60, carafoam, caramunich I, some s-04, and an ounce of juggles yesterday. All set for ingredients for my next 4 batches now.

brewing Uncle Tony's Lager today. I suppose its a CAP or pre pro . It uses pilsner (Vicking because was out of American) but good old American Corn Flakes. Probably not a a PP because of the use of Pilsner malt. So CAP it is.

 

[Herm brews]

Kettle is filled, brewing salts added, hops weighed, grain mill is ready. After I drive my wife to work, I will be brewing my Best IPA.
