Working on a few recipes. Temps are staying in the low 60s so my dunkel’s diacetyl rest is quite easy.
Thanks. I got a new phone at the end of last year and it seems to have a much better camera than what I had. The beautiful California sun is always helpful as wellI really like your presentations! The framing of the beer with the fence, and the natural light just makes it pop.
Well done!
Well you'll have plenty in a year or two. Good luckOoooooo that’s exciting!
I am going to start growing hops. I ordered 4 rhizomes: cascade, chinook, willamette and mt hood
I can’t wait! Hops is the most expensive component for me so far. I have a whole acre ready to grow lol

Mostly just spring showers this week in Southwestern Ontario, which is okay, because they bring the May flowers
Jealous...The beauty of A) working mostly from home, and B) have a machine with a pump, timers, etc.
Knocking out the Q2 Dubbel, just doing a mash out step right now, it has been mashing all morning, crystal clear wort!

What does the “max temp 125 F” sticker mean?Brewed 2.5 gal of hoppy blonde ale. I pitched about 400 mL of slurry just under 4 hours ago. The yeast seems pretty happy just gotta keep it in the 70s
