Almost forgot I had about 1 1/2 liters of Habanero Cider in the freezer from the last batch of cider I did. Pulled it out this morning let about 12 oz. of the strong goodies drip out. Figure this is about 25%ABV. Just enough heat to cut the sweetness. This is good enough to get me in trouble Mmmmmmmmmmmm! Habanero Apple Jack.

At the time of the pic I had only done a sip. After I did about 3 more samples That was only a Crux 4 oz. sample glass. Definitely buzzed from it.
