Always have backup propane tanks, I have two for my trailer, one for bbq, had a 4th went past it's date recently, need to replace that oneAh brewing on gas I see...

I always kept 2 for brewing, so now I've got 2 that will just sit around. my smoker and grills are electric, pellet and natural gas. Will be putting together a whole all grain setup to sell and hopefully a buyer will want the tanks too.

Yeah, that looks dangerously close to a boil over mess. Keep an eye on it, and good luck.

American stout. I made it a couple of months back and it was dazzlingly good, best beer I've made so far. Should finish up just over 6%, ready for christmas I think.

Got away with it! Fairly gentle boil and didn't stray far from it. It boiled over last time and it's a horrible sticky mess to clean up

Hit it's numbers all the way through, strike and mash temps spot on and OG 1058 (recipe said 1059) so I'm hopeful
