I've had a few take 2-3 days to really take off so probably not a big worry.

How about a little back to back jack, Fuller's ESB Clone
A little over volume, and a kittle under preboil gravity, boiling down a bit before starting in with the hop additions

Been looking all over for Sierra Nevada Resilience, but haven't seen it anywhere around here. Every place in town has their Brut IPA. Going into Reno Tuesday. Hopefully can find some there. Would really like a taste before brewing it to see if I come close.

I tried to brew it. I go to the tap room and discover I didn't come close LOL
 
Old picture - nothing brewing this weekend. This was an excellent coconut IPA.

Steamy hot break shot of the brown I cooked up today! That was 8 and 1/4 gallons that went to 11 on the "Boil Over Meter".....went to 11...Hmmmm what would Nigel think?
