So, is a Sun Dog caused by double vision because your eyes freeze?
-19°F makes -2°F this morning seem positively toasty!
The ice crystals in the air reflect the light like that on both sides of the sun or moon. The wind dropped below twenty or so and it's really nice out. Cold but as you know if you're dressed for it, not a big deal.
