Do i need a resolve oxygen meter?
Do you mean a Dissolved Oxgen meter?

I don't have one, if you are kegging you really don't need one. It's really more important when canning or bottling as those are far easier places to pickup DO.

I mean resolve oxygen meter for counting the O2 on the wort before pitch the yeast
How do i know the correct amount of o2 for yeast

I wouldn't worry about being that accurate. You are just giving the yeast a boost. Meters like that get really expensive.

I would buy a zahm and Nagel before a DO or resolve meter

So the time is coming, this will become true in few months from now
Plans are: 1 bbt 1000 litets
2 unitanks 1000 liters each
Brew house 500 liters per batch
That's all can handle with my budget for start

I will not have wilrpool, I will throw everything in the fermentor and drop cone every few days, is that effect the beer taste?

Yep.

You also need glycol and a heat ex
Yes i know that
i can speak with them and build it differently,
Make a flat bottom and pump suction to the bottom side so to wilrpool the beer inside the same vessel, is that legit?
I can also put a discharge with angle so to wilrpool at recirculation using pump

Ya that would work. Gotta figure out some sort of stand pipe do yiu don't pull directly from the bottom of the kettle

The kettle diameter will be 95cm it's good size for whirlpool?
Bottom is totally flat?
The beer outlet probably will go on the end of the bottom sides but will be on the bottom not the wall,
I will give him guidelines to construct this, until now we said that the bottom will be conical

conical isnt bad. The system that i have has a flat bottom and it is annoying.

the best whirlpool i ahve used had a raised platform in the center with a sloped trench around the exterior of it. this allows the trub pile to drain into the trench and pull off as much clean liquid as possible. it also had a hop dam on the side by the outlet.

for an all in one, a stand pipe and a hop dam would be a good option. whole thing should be slightly sloped towards the drain and the hop dam should be curved and protect the outlet so taht you can pull the stand pipe and get more liquid out.

That thing worries me is that in the bottom will be 2 heating elements, those 2 will affect the whirlpooling effect and disturbing the trub cone

Ya they are not great. Having a multivessel system is far far better
I think I will construct a second Falce bottom but without holes, few cm smaller diameter put it over the heating elements, after whirlpooling the trub will settle there

Anyway I will figure out
The point is that this is coming to be true in few months from now

I'm now on Germany family trip visiting some other family members.
I'm realising that beers here are so so good, people here drinking so much beer is fantastic
The worst craft beer i drink is the best beer i have drink in Greece, super complex tastes
