Bread Thread!

Last night’s sourdough bake. This dough is made with stout sbg ground to flour, at about 10.5% of the overall flour. A little goes a long way.

I just sliced the loaf, and it is one of the best I have baked. I am very pleased with the result.

Looks great.....even has a beret!

Man, my inferiority complex is getting bigger and bigger!

Absolutely stunning breads @Herm_brews ! Just wish I could come close.
Still struggling with proper bread out of my gas oven.
Today, I am going to try ciabatta in my uuni 3.

[Edited to add: hope everyone understands I'm just jealous ;), wish I could bake like that. All meant in jest]
