First pour of my latest batch of Pilsner. Made this for the tailgate Sunday. Only a month old plus I moved the keg to get a pour. Won’t matter how clear in a solo cup Sunday. It turned out really well. Nice herbal bitterness but a touch of sweetness from the malt. Clean fermentation as well.

The German Pilsner was tapped yesterday at the bengals/steelers “game”. The beer turned out super well. Me, a former assistant, and 3 former players emptied it in about an hour.
yeah I have a pilsner up next although it will be a Bohemian just need to clear the fermenter of a Bock I'm brewing now

Homebrewed Scottish 70 shilling:

I'm really surprised at how great this Scottish 70 shilling is. At first glance it looks like it could be a fairly strong & dense brew, but at 1.040, it's really quite sessionable and refreshing, with a hint of smoke, (but no smoked or peated malt added). I'll definitely be adding this to my favorite recipe rotation.
