The body of the beer is very light, and that's the point! The honey malt adds a subtle honey flavor to the finished product. Try a sample before dry hopping to get a clear sense of the honey malt contribution.

When testing out this recipe, I compared dry hopping 7 and 3 days prior to bottling. Both beers tasted good, but as you may expect, the hop flavor of the 3 day dry hopped batch was much more pronounced and overall tasted better. The lemondrop hops were very apparent and pleasant. Great beer for a hot summer day.
