Notes
Trying to get the subtlety of a real British pub ale. 60 minute boil will maintain malty notes without caramelizing the sugars....easy on the hops, as well....I have realized that these beers are like MG's. Quick to build, fast delivery to the market....not a lot of frills...and low alcohol so more than one or two can be had without adverse effects....I might leave out the Carapils and up the Maris by a pound next time....
