This beer was a good way to see what the Jovaru yeast brought to the table. It's like a much more subdued Saison yeast. There are some nice light citrus/fruity esters, a just a touch of pepper/clove phenolics, but no where near as much as a traditional Belgian Saison.

I do like this yeast, though, and will use it in a "lawnmower"- type beer again.
