Notes
Basic Extract instructions:
bring 3 gals. water to 150-165 degrees
add bagged grains ---30 minutes
remove grains
add extracts bring to boil
add bagged centennial hops --- 60 minutes
add bagged falconers flight --- 10 minutes
add bagged Amarillo --- 5 minutes
add bagged Citra --- 0 minutes
turn off heat let pot set 15 minutes
remove bags of hop
cool to 130 degrees
strain to fermenter
add 2 gals. cold water
when wort temperature is 70-80 degrees
pitch yeast/sprinkle dry on top
stir/agitate/aerate
