Notes

Will use Philip's home grown, air dried Cascade hops.
The %AA is a guess!
Fermentables: Munton's Light DME and Munton's Wheat DME
(55% wheat and 45% base)
Used Safale S-04 due to Fruity-Floral notes vs. neutral S-05

Results:
Came out very clear with no secondary. S-04 with High flocculation.
Not a lot of hop taste at all. Will add some more hops at 60 minutes next time. Overall, nice smooth ale.
