Notes
Normal brew day, 60/60 (mash/boil). Boil ended around 10pm, outside until 7amish (800mL brew day wort starter with half blue pack spun overnight 8hrs and pitched around 10am...temp was 15Cish...set to 17C).
FO hops did go in at FO so the IBUs will be higher (no more than 5-10)...dry hops will go in on day 2 or 3 and transfer will hopefully be day 8ish.
