Notes
Going for a cross-cultural (UK, US, and German) pale hoppy beer. If have to pick a style, seems to fit best under British Golden Ale (mainly because of yeast; could almost be an APA or Session IPA also, especially if using a more neutral American yeast). Using grains and hops from all three countries.
