Notes
Inspired by Southern Tier's Creme Brule Stout. Brewed a few times over the years and always a crowd pleaser. Hints of butterscotch flavor and aroma. On brew day I start soaking sliced vanilla beans in bourbon and add to the keg when I fill it from the fermenter.
