Notes
Single decoction: 1 quart per pound of grain. Raise to 150, then boil for 30 minutes. 9.5 quarts.
Rest mash at 125, then decoct. Raise to143-148. Raise mash to rest temp to 152, then mash out at 168.
Use finings at primary while crashing
Crisp German lager. Primary at 65 degrees, pushing it, but stayed nice and clean.
