It is not just adapted from Kevin Quinn's Beer Advocate Crowd-Sourced Recipe it's stolen. I'm a fan of adapting recipes for brewhouse eff., scaling and obviously modifying, but this is simply his recipe your yeast, whirlfloc and yeast nutrient. all good fun until you DELETE THE SOURCE INFO... plagiarism
