So I made this. My first all grain batch. Everyone really seemed to like it. It has an even bitter up front. Hoppy but not Make a funny face hoppy. It finishes with a nice citrus taste. Everyone enjoyed that. I would dry hop with a bit more hops. There was a final off taste to me. Everyone said they didnt get it but it bothered me. I think that my fermentation temp was at the high end. I will really control the temp and get it on the lower side of the fermentation. The ABV at bottling was very high 9 to low 10% Right on the line. :) Very drinkable and enjoyable. Ladies that didnt like IPA's said it was better than "NORMAL" IPA's. Give it a shot and comment. :)
