01/26/20 Start with OCBS Citra Pale Ale kit
5 Gal RO H2O
Mash for 60 minutes.
Sparge with 1Gal of Distilled H2O at 50.F
Add Hops per schedule
Add approximately 5oz Pilsen DME at 30 minutes.
Turn off Mash and boil,cool to 191.F
Add Hops per schedule
Cool overnight in Mash and boil.
