Mash too high at first. First step only a light boil, after 22 mins and only raised to 149-50, turned on heat. 2nd step was a better boil but still well short of target 162?
IG was 1.053-.054, added .3 Gal with yeast to get to 1.050. Pitched at 54F. Lack heating wrap til tomorrow.
