Tom didn't mention what base malt(s) are in this pale, but it is usually 2 row pale malt -or- Maris Otter Malt. I have a bunch of Viking 2 row extra pale malt, so I am using that.
And i found some live brewday coverage where he said what was in the kettle, malt wise
4 kg Pale Malt
520 g Flaked Barley
340 g Crystal 10
He estimated 1.048 O.G.
He used a Protofloc.
