Notes

No Sparge Method. Brew day went smoothly. Hit all predicted gravities. The 20 minute planned Hersbrucker addition MAY HAVE BEEN 0.5oz Perle. Both hops containers were on table and I don't recall which I used. Pitched 3 packets of rehydrated 34/70 into 55 wort and oxygenated 60 seconds. Signs of active fermentation in 12 hours. Fermented in Anvil Brew Bucket in 50 garage. Saved 1.5 quarts boiled/cooled wort for priming in keg.
