Notes
Mash, boil, ferment, dry hop, enjoy. Brew like you would any other IPA.
The beer should present a bouquet of delicate citrus and tropical aromas and flavors with a bold west coast style IPA finish and secondary flavors with light spice and pine notes.
Very hoppy and complex.
I'm not that sophisticated enough yet where I mess with my water profile. Whatever comes out of my mid-Atlantic tap is what I brew with.
