Og endte på 1053, Vi tappet i 2 kar a 19 og 22 liter. Gjæringstemp startet på 12 og kom etter hvert ned i 9 grader.
Karet med 19 hadde en gravity på 1015 etter 16 dager. De ble da tørrhumlet med 100 gram Crystal og satt på 12 grader for utgjæring.
Karet med 22 liter fikk stå på 9 grader ut gjæringstida. Ølet var klart og velsmakende.
