Notes
Brewday: 08/12/2019

ABV: 5.4%
Very early days, as the first tasting was done just over a week after the brewday, meaning the beer was uncarbed and very hazy. However, the big addition late in the boil has worked wonders. Whether its the amount, timing or the variety of hop, there's a wonderful, round fruitiness that comes through. Right now its tasting more like a good pale ale than a lager, but with that breadiness on the back. The M74 strain is a corker.
