Notes

Uses 2 x Black Rock Lager LME Cans - https://www.blackrock.co.nz/component/spsimpleportfolio/23-lager
And 650grams of DME to provide a bit more body and lift to around a 6% ABV, so need to use 3 x S23 Yeast.
Ferment at 15 degrees for 3 days
Then 18 degrees for 4 days
First Dry Hop last 2 days of fermentation
Second Dry Hop 2 days after crash cool and removal of yeast matter.
