Notes

Split wort and ferment with two yeast. Split dry hops after 5 days. Do not let hops set in secondary for more that 36 hours, 24 to 48 for aroma and taste. Longer for grassy taste if wanted.

** Got 1st in round 1 of 2019 AHA ***
Brewed this several times. Splitting the two fermenters and blending to keg.

Works out to $0.97 per 12 oz. of a great IPA !
