Notes
Recipe based on the "Amazon" recipe of Josh Weikert in CB&B magazine.
Modified with brown sugar, Special B, more Extra Special malt and a different yeast.
Any clean (low cohumulone) bittering hop can be used. Magnum, Simcoe, or Strata are my favs.
Target BU/GU ratio of 0.5.
