Notes

Made a 2qt starter...used 7.2Oz of Pilsen Light DME and stir plate for 24 hours at 73 degF. Pitched starter into 2L flask at 72 degF. Put starter flask in 55 degF refrigerator to allow yeast to settle. Decanted about 80% of liquid off of starter after letting it settle for about 3 hours.
Did a partial mash of 1 lb grain in 2 qt water for 60 minutes at 152degF. Sparged with 2 qt 170degF water.
Did a full boil of 6 gallons.
