Notes
============================================
update 7/22/2019 updating the yeast attenuation to 87, just measured the FG at 1.012. need to mash less or higher or something next time.
============================================
- boil (should probably aim for 4.5 gallons since will be adding more volume later with the added dme)
- marshmellow - added in additional ingredients but sugar content approximated in fermentables. about 6oz marshmellow (half a bag) = 100g sugar
- cinnamon - 0.2 oz - taken from a pumpkin recipe
- dark bittersweet bakers chocolate - 2.5 or 4 oz.???
- after a couple days
- secondary
- coconut 8oz unsweetened flaked
- coffee
- 1 vanilla bean
- Jack Daniel's rye (enough to cover the cubes in the glass)
- oak cubes (2oz)
