Pitched Safale S-33 at 79F
After 3 days, s.g. 1.022, little activity, pitched WLP665.
No activity for 3 weeks, then started bubbling slowly, 73F.
At 3 months, added 1/2 oz. oak chips (toasted 20 min. at 275F).
Bottled after a week with 2.5 oz. corn sugar.
Final s.g. 1.008.
