First batch using the Brewer's Edge Mash & Boil
Fermented in the Catalyst
Mash at 148 F for 75 minutes. Recirculate 2 qts of wort via hand method every 10-15 minutes. Sparge. Bring boil up to 6 gallons and proceed per instructions. Chill via immersion chiller. Pitch yeast at 68 F.
