Notes
Named for Peter Mathew, the actor who played Chewbacca. In between an American Brown and porter. Very smooth, malt and hops balanced. Nice depth of flavor. Smoked cherry malt not strong, in the back ground. May double amount next time. I kegged the 5 gallons on Safale S04 version, haven't kegged the Safale S05 yet. Will update.
Note: Medusa hops used in place of Glacier. I don't know how to add a new hop. Not getting full fruitiness but pleasant.

update on both kegged versions. Both are good, for some reason hop bitterness is slightly more pronounced in S-04 version, opposite of what I expected.
