Red, earthy, smoky, with a hint of stonefruit and musty floral aromas... This is my flagship Halloween beer. Shooting for the Ruby Red quality of an Irish Red, but a true pale ale with earthy hops, some subtle flower aromas, and a whisper of dark fruits such as currants, blackberries, etc. A work in progress, I will be refining this over the next year or two. To be served as a brewing Magnum Opus at my annual Halloween party.
Trust Bru'n Water pH over BF.com; Target Mash pH: 5.4.
