The wort smelled so good during the boil that I wanted to drink it. Great aroma stayed with the beer, and was still noticeable when drinking it, especially when the beer warmed while drinking. I couldn't detect the charred oak or bourbon though others did. Very drinkable. Big foamy head that recedes quick.
