Raised 1.75 gals to boil from mash, added back to mash at boil, raising the temp to 145, rested for 30 min.
Boiled .75 gallons of mash, added back to mash, raising mash to 152, sit for 60 min.
Batch Sparge:
Raised 5.25 gallons of water to boil. Batch Sparged with 2.5+ gallons. and then gradually added the rest of the sparge water during run off until 8gal volume was met.
Hop regime:
First wort hopped .25 oz of nugget during the sparge prior to the boil, added another .25 oz of nugget at the start of the boil, and a final .25 oz of nugget with 45 min left in the boil.
