Notes

Total ingredient cost is about $100.

Pitch packet of yeast at 90-95 degrees F and hold beer as best you can above 90 F.

First dry hop addition gets added during active fermentation, 1 day after high krausen.

Second dry hop is added after fermentation is done and left for about 24 hrs.

For bottle conditioning, another yeast may be used (something super neutral and clean fermenting--y005 for example) to help carbonate since kveik tends to flocculate so much. 5 oz priming sugar for the 5 gal batch.
