Notes

Turned out nice and malty because of the S-04 Yeast. If I had to do this beer again, I'd take more zest from the top of the orange and not take the whole orange peel because it turned out a bit pithy. I'd add some orange juice after 7-10 days. Overall it's a really nice and drinkable beer and the orange comes through nicely. The cascade hops really accompany the orange
